We provide full training and state licensing!
What You'll Do- Assist new clients with friendly, organized onboarding
- Help prepare applications and guide clients through the process
- Support clients with updates, policy changes, and service requests
- Prepare information for agent appointments and account reviews
- Keep client files and internal systems updated
- Communicate with partners and carriers to ensure smooth processing
- Positive, upbeat energy and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfort using modern software tools
