    Albion, MI — 26Nov2025 — Albion Malleable Brewing Company is proud to announce its official transition from microbrewery to brewpub, inclusive of a Michigan Class C liquor license. This milestone allows the company to expand its beverage menu beyond their award-winning beers to include third party wine, hard cider, and spirits, as well as handcrafted cocktails - offering guests more options to complement their popular scratch-made food menu.
     
    “The goal with Albion Malleable was always to be a welcoming community space with great food, drinks, and entertainment,” said Ben Wade, co-founder of Albion Malleable Brewing Company. “The market is changing, and it’s time to put our name to the test. To remain malleable and to adapt to consumer preferences without compromising the quality and standards our guests have come to expect.”

    The updated menu now features:
    • Odd Brothers Craft Ciders (Homer, MI)
    • A curated wine selection from small vineyards around the world
    • Classic and signature cocktails crafted with award winning spirits from Michigan distillers.
    The brewery’s Belgian inspired beers will continue to be brewed on-site, maintaining the quality and creativity that have defined Albion Malleable since its opening. Additional beverage options will continue to be added, and a menu update is in the works to compliment the beverage choices.
     
    Located in the heart of downtown Albion, the brewpub remains committed to its mission #keepingcraftinteresting.
