Professional Academy of Cosmetology – Marshall, MI

Professional Academy of Cosmetology is seeking a Part-Time Cosmetology Instructor for our Marshall, MI location. We are looking for a licensed cosmetology professional who is dependable, organized, and passionate about teaching the next generation of beauty professionals.

Pay: $20.00 per hour to start, with yearly raise opportunities
Schedule: Monday and Friday, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM or 4:30 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Work Location: In person

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching theory and practical cosmetology skills
• Supporting students in the classroom and clinic floor setting
• Monitoring student progress, attendance, and performance
• Maintaining required records and documentation
• Preparing students for state board and career success
• Promoting professionalism, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Cosmetology Instructor License
• Active Michigan Cosmetology License
• Salon experience required
• Teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable and professional attitude
