McAuliffe Park's Ribbon Cutting Celebration

You're invited to attend the Ribbon Cutting Celebration for McAuliffe Park on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. McAuliffe Park is located at the intersection of Austin Avenue and N. Albion Street. 

The City of Albion secured grant funding from the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund, the Iron Belle Trail Fund, Albion Community Foundation, Battle Creek Community Foundation, and Marshall Community Foundation to fund the Albion River Trail Expansion II project. This project provides the City of Albion with a unique opportunity to connect four regional trail systems to the expanded Albion River Trail - the Calhoun County Trail, the Great Lake-to-Lake Trail, the Iron Belle Trail, and the North Country National Scenic Trail.

The McAuliffe Park Ribbon Cutting will take place following Calhoun County Parks and Recreation's name unveiling and community walk at the newly completed park in Albion Township at 10750 28 Mile Road, Albion, Michigan. The name unveiling and community walk will begin at 10 a.m.
