Corks & Kegs at the Zoo! event is happening at the Zoo!
 
July 18, 2023, Battle Creek, MI: Special events are back once again at Binder Park Zoo, this year combining two previous favorites into one spectacular event. Corks & Kegs at the Zoo! takes notes from past events to offer a new fundraising event and is sure to please the palettes of both beer and wine lovers! Corks & Kegs at the Zoo! will take place on Saturday August, 5, 2023 from 3pm to 8pm.  This fundraising event brings together local, regional and national beer and wine vendors to share with guests. Food trucks and chef prepared bites will be offered as well.  For the first time in zoo event history, this event will be held throughout the entire zoo, including areas in Wild Africa. The day is sure to be packed full of fun events, from the beloved Carousel Derby, silent auction and more! Event tickets can be purchased for $55, which includes a complimentary souvenir sampling cup, drink tickets, and live music throughout the zoo. VIP tickets can be purchased for $100, which has an added benefit of early access to the event starting at 2pm, a VIP only area from 2pm – 5pm, specialty pours and eats from vendors, and exclusive access to SkyLark Ridge ropes course and zip line! Designated Driver tickets are $25. Binder Park Zoo will be closed to daily zoo goers on Saturday August 5, for the Corks & Kegs at the Zoo! event. 
 
Almost forty guest vendors will be pouring samples of craft beer, wine, cider, mead, seltzer and even coffee. The complete list of vendors and pour list is available on the zoo’s website. Tasty menu items for purchase from Fox’s Pizza, Rust Belt Raman, and Los Pinches Tacos food trucks and stations round out the offerings. Live music will be presented throughout the zoo featuring Abbey Rose & Co., Grayson & Jenna, Jack Leaver, Nick DeKoff, Larry Lowis, and The Fat Animals. Advance purchase of tickets for Corks & Kegs at the Zoo! is recommended and can be purchased at www.binderparkzoo.org, tickets will also be available the day of the event.  This event is for guests over 21 only, a valid photo ID is required at the time of entry.
