Albion in Motion Lunch 'N' Learn

Do you understand how to read nutritional labels? No? Then come to the September 10 Lunch 'N' Learn to find out how to understand them-and take better care of yourself! The class will be held at Bread of Life Ministries, 916 N. Superior Street in Albion, and will go from noon until 1pm. Participants will receive a gift card at the end of the class.
