Why A Chamber of Commerce?
The Greater Albion Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Bureau is the local voice of and for business. It exists to develop and express business opinion and to promote the best interests of the community along civic, commercial, industrial and professional lines. It facilitates the growth of existing business and fosters new ones.

To foster and promote a prosperous business environment throughout the greater Albion area.

The success of business and industry bepends on the prosperity of the entire community.
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday 9 AM - Noon, 1 PM - 5 PM

Join the Chamber!

1. Face-to-Face Networking: Yes, you can email. Yes, you can Link In. But where else can you easily meet professionals doing business in your community that have working with you in mind? In biology, it's called "symbiosis", the living together of two or more dissimilar "organisms" for the mutual benefit of the whole, in this case, Albion. Join us at Chamber events: learn who you can do more business with! (And have a little fun.)
2. Group Deals
: Sure you can buy your own bulk rate permit when making mass mailings. But why? Use the Chamber's permit and save money! There are plenty of other examples of group deals at the Greater Albion Chamber of Commerce. Call the Chamber's office at 517-629-5533 for more information.
3. Access to the Shop Local Crowd: While online sales seem to hog all the news, the US Census data indicates that 90% of all sales are still made in local communities. The Greater Albion Chamber of Commerce directory of members, in-office brochures and literature, and our voice in the community -- gets the word out -- to visitors, to parents of relocating college kids, to recently relocated people, and to business owners seeking more revenue (see #1 above).
4. Representation to Government: Establishing and maintaining business-friendly policies at the local, state, and federal government levels requires vigilance -- sometimes a LOT of vigilance. You, on the other hand, want to run your business. Let the Chamber's representatives do this work for you and get back to making profits!
