Teen/Adult Movement & Dance Class at In-Fluence Studio
Offered by Fluence Arts Organization, this class is for any "body" age 15 and up. The class will explore body alignment, wellness, and dance technique as well as creative activities. Exercises can be modified for varying abilities and pace of the class will be tailored to attendees.
