His videos have been viewed more than 2 billion times on YouTube and The Washington Post named him "one of America's most popular science teachers." Green has also started several businesses and is currently writing a sequel to his debut novel\, An Absolutely Remarkable Thing.\n\n \n\nThe 50th anniversary of Earth Day doesn't take place until April\, but Albion College starts the celebration in March\, thanks to a major gift from Bruce Harper\, '67\, and his wife Jane. The Harpers gave more than $100\,000 to Albion College for climate-change education and action\, and to commemorate Earth Day. All events are free and open to the public.
